Jim has been in sales for 40 years. The expression "Sales is Sales" is quite appropriate here, since he sold Real Estate, Greeting Cards for Hallmark Cards, and Pharmaceuticals for Lilly and Sanofi-Aventis Pharmaceuticals. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina with a BS in Pharmacy. Pharmacy again, has been voted the Most Trusted Profession. As a licensed Real Estate Agent, Jim has had licenses in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Presently he is only licensed in New Hampshire. He has been in the "Four Million Dollar Club" as a full time agent and has some additional experience from buying and selling 16 homes personally. While some were investments, he and his wife Mariellen have lived in 12 themselves. Being in a small club of people who "enjoy moving", he can give much first hand support and excellent advise from experiences gained from his personal efforts.
